About your key responsibilities and impact:

Formulating business requirements into analytic solutions, defining measurement metrics, selecting an appropriate statistical methodology, evaluating model/campaign performance, and creating presentation reports;
Designing innovative reporting and dashboards that make it easy to understand marketing performance at a glance;
Developing technical specifications and controlling their implementation;
Validating current data and developing a quality monitoring system;
Developing data models, participating in data interpretation, and searching for answers to questions;
Creating, maintaining, and automating various reports;
Maintaining the analytical knowledge management system in the company and accumulating knowledge.

Essential professional experience:

Proven experience as a Data Analyst with 1,5+ years of experience;
Strong knowledge of SQL;
Strong experience with the Tableau BI tool;
Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams;
Strong quantitative analytical skills;
Good time-management skills;
Intermediate or higher level of English.

Desirable skills and personal features:

Experience with Gitlab;
Experience with Python/R for data analysis;
Experience with AWS athena;
Experience in banks will be a plus.
