We focus on excellence in our field and are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to coordinate the company's accounting and financial activities in Pipera, Bucharest.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the company’s accounting and financial activities.
Ensure compliance with local and international fiscal and accounting regulations.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Optimize financial and accounting processes for increased efficiency.
Lead the accounting team and provide professional support.
Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities.
Develop and implement financial and accounting policies.

Ideal Profile

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Strong knowledge of Romanian fiscal and accounting regulations.
Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.
Mandatory languages: Romanian, English and Ukrainian/Russian.
Proficiency in using the 1C accounting program.
Availability to work Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
