Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, and decentralized solutions.
Build secure and scalable dApps, DeFi platforms, NFT marketplaces, and enterprise blockchain apps.
Integrate blockchain solutions with existing business applications and third-party APIs.
Optimize blockchain protocols for performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to deliver seamless Web3 experiences.
Research emerging blockchain technologies and recommend innovative use cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong expertise in blockchain platforms: Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, Hyperledger, or Binance Smart Chain.
Proficiency in smart contract development using Solidity, Rust, or Go.
Hands-on experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or other blockchain libraries.
Solid understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, etc.).
Familiarity with backend frameworks (Node.js, Python, or Java).
Experience with wallet integration, DeFi protocols, and NFT systems.
Good knowledge of security practices in blockchain development.

Preferred Experience
3+ years of experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency projects.
Prior work on DeFi, NFT, or enterprise blockchain applications.
Experience with layer-2 solutions, sidechains, and scaling frameworks.
Knowledge of AI + Blockchain integration is a plus.
