Requirements for the Candidate:
- Fluent in Russian and English: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Math Knowledge: Comfortable assisting students with basic to intermediate math homework.
- Customer-focused: Previous experience in customer service, education, or administrative support is preferred.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask and proactively solve problems while maintaining accuracy.
- Professional & Friendly: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with both parents and tutors.
- Reliable & Efficient: Able to handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining professionalism.
- Nighttime Availability: Working hours are 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM Eastern European Time.
- Stable Work Setup: Must have a reliable Internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
Working Conditions
- Remote Position: Work from home, providing flexibility in your workspace.
- Evening/Night Shift: Working hours are from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM Eastern European Time.
- Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $500-$700 per month, based on experience.
- Bimonthly Payments: Payments are made twice a month.
- Opportunities for Growth: Potential for increased responsibilities and pay raises over time.
