We are looking for an empathetic and detail-oriented Appointment Setter + Customer Service Specialist.
Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives through mental wellness? Do you possess exceptional communication skills and speak English fluently, with little to no accent? If so, we want YOU to be part of dedicated team !
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with potential leads through chat (strong writing skills required), providing information and answering questions.
Follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven’t scheduled a consultation yet.
Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat with empathy and patience.
Assist clients with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling sessions.
Set up consultations by guiding conversations toward booking appointments with the sales team.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of client data within the CRM system.
Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all communications to ensure clients feel heard and valued.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent English proficiency with a clear, neutral accent;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Experience in customer service or appointment setting is a plus;
A genuine desire to help others and a compassionate approach to client interactions;
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
COMPANY OFFERS:
Salary: $800 + (KPI) bonuses that can increase the total monthly salary to $2000;
Schedule from 4 PM to 1 AM (Monday to Friday);
Paid training and opportunities for growth in the mental health industry.
