For the upcoming “Strengthening Trust, Integrity, and Compliance in and between SMEs and Public Sector in Moldova“ (STIC) project, tendered by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), we are looking for a results-oriented and innovative Administrative and Finance Specialist
Short information about the project
Helvetas is seeking a results-oriented and innovative Administrative and Finance Specialist to potentially join the "Strengthening Trust, Integrity, and Compliance in and between SMEs and Public Sector in Moldova" (STIC) project team. This initiative, tendered by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), aims to enhance the relationship between SMEs and the public sector in Moldova by addressing mistrust, reducing bureaucratic complexity, and fostering a culture of transparency and innovation. The project will support sustainable economic development and align with the government's efforts to combat corruption and streamline business processes. The position is contingent upon Helvetas being awarded the tender.
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle administrative, financial, logistical, and communication needs of the team.
Coordinate agendas and logistical demands for multi-stakeholder convenings, including high-level stakeholders.
Ensure effective bookkeeping and project support functions.
Key Competencies
Excellent administration, bookkeeping, and project support skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and maintain a flexible agenda.
Experience coordinating agendas and logistical demands.
Fluent in Romanian, Russian, and English.
Education and experience
University degree in a relevant field;
At least 5 years of project management and administration experience.
